Our biggest frustration was the accumulation of bulky items left around the trash areas—piled high to the sky! Mattresses, furniture, paint cans, construction debris, and other unwanted household items would sit for days, making the community look cluttered and neglected. It was embarrassing and created a constant source of homeowner complaints.
