I met the Strategic Service Tech at San Marco Villa Apts while they were cleaning up a mess left by inconsiderate residents in the trash area. They were very nice and helpful and left the area spotless. Thanks for the good work!

Thank you to the Strategic team for finding a lost wallet and turning it in to the Strategic office. The wallet contained cash, credit cards and a driver’s license. The owner is greatly appreciative. Thank you also to the members of the office team who assisted in locating the owner.

I would like to let you know how good Strategic’s Service Tech is who comes to our property on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have noticed that they are always on schedule the days they do their job here, and they communicate with me when they can about any issues. I can really see the better quality of work on our property ever since Strategic started here. I always like to point out when I notice anyone performing well and taking pride in their job duties. Strategic is doing a great job here.

Strategic takes care of cleaning our dumpster areas at Rancho Viejo, and I had left a note before on my mailbox on what a great job they do keeping those seven areas clean for us. Plus, when I do see their Service Tech, they are always very pleasant. Thank you.
