I recently moved into the Windwood Knolls apartment complex (Irvine Communities) and met the Strategic Service Tech. I had a lot of items to dispose of, and to my luck, Strategic was there to help me. They were so friendly. My trash was heavy for me, and when they saw me struggle, they immediately offered to help. They did 90% of the work and I just did 10%, but we got it done. Given it was 8 am on a Saturday morning, the attitude was fantastic. I want Strategic to know what a kind and nice team they have.
