We Own Your Trash Problems — So You Don't Have To

Before Strategic, our biggest frustration was the constant dumping at all of our trash enclosures by residents and outsiders—bulk items, furniture, mattresses, and endless trash. With our current plan, Strategic removes all bulk items twice a week. They clean the garbage and trash that residents constantly leave on the ground around the enclosures, and they power-wash all of our enclosures monthly. The Strategic crew is amazing. Our community used to look like a ghetto. Thanks to Strategic Sanitation, we finally have a great solution to our ongoing trash problems and a way to keep our community clean. Strategic is the BEST.

Our biggest frustration was the accumulation of bulky items left around the trash areas—piled high to the sky! Mattresses, furniture, paint cans, construction debris, and other unwanted household items would sit for days, making the community look cluttered and neglected. It was embarrassing and created a constant source of homeowner complaints.

The difference with Strategic has been remarkable. They are reliable, professional, and consistently follow through. Bulky items are picked up promptly, and they even handle hard-to-dispose-of items with a smile. Our trash areas are now clean and orderly, and the entire community looks significantly more attractive.

Homeowner complaints have virtually disappeared, and residents have actually commented on how great the community looks. The Board has received many verbal thank-yous! According to our Community Manager, it has made managing the complex much easier. Strategic has made an unbelievable difference in the appearance of our community. It has given our Board peace of mind knowing that this is one area we can count on being handled professionally. I can now walk the complex with pride.

Before Strategic, we were dealing with people leaving trash around the enclosures, creating a bad image for our HOA. Since switching to Strategic, we have more consistent trash compacting, allowing more space for refuse, along with clean trash enclosure areas. The result is fewer complaints from the Board and happier residents.
