I wanted to recognize Strategic. I see their Service Tech in my complex often, always working so hard and very polite! My neighbors can be very messy when taking trash or other items to the dumpster area; once Strategic is done, it looks very nice, which I appreciate.
On Saturday, Strategic went out of their way to clean up a mess outside of a trash enclosure. It was so kind of their team to go above and beyond to clean up outside of their duty. We really appreciate their dedication here.
The Strategic Service Techs are great workers; they keep the chute and trash rooms very clean. They are very polite to the residents and dedicated to keeping the chute rooms tidy. Matt, the Maintenance Supervisor, enjoys talking to them because they have values and honesty. VFI is in good hands.
A really kind Strategic Service Tech assisted me with taking out the garbage in my son’s community. Such polite and professional people!

Before Strategic, our biggest frustration was the constant dumping at all of our trash enclosures by residents and outsiders—bulk items, furniture, mattresses, and endless trash. With our current plan, Strategic removes all bulk items twice a week. They clean the garbage and trash that residents constantly leave on the ground around the enclosures, and they power-wash all of our enclosures monthly. The Strategic crew is amazing. Our community used to look like a ghetto. Thanks to Strategic Sanitation, we finally have a great solution to our ongoing trash problems and a way to keep our community clean. Strategic is the BEST.
