Strategic service is essentially at no cost to the HOA. That is a definite value to the property, which continues to this day. People may forget what it used to be like, but I remember how the complaints were constant until Strategic came on site. Does Strategic work with us? YES. Are they responsive to our needs? YES. Do they communicate effectively and timely? YES. Are they ethical? ABSOLUTELY, where many aren’t. Based on the above, in my humble opinion, they are the best vendor we have.

I work at one of the Irvine Company communities, so we deal with a lot of vendors every day. Strategic was very friendly and informative. Their team was very knowledgeable and answered my questions so that we could make our jobs easier in the future. Thanks, Strategic!
