I want to tell you how amazing the guys that come to my property are and how much I appreciate them going above and beyond when they are here.

I randomly saw the Strategic Service Tech in the hallway, and they offered to help me. Strategic went out of their way to solve a big issue I had. They were a huge help, and I’m very grateful!

Strategic made a special effort to accommodate our HOA. Having no Service Techs available on the day we needed, two members of their management team left their management roles, commandeered a company vehicle, and personally removed our abandoned bicycles. This is the service you get with Strategic Sanitation Services! Thank you, gentlemen!

Strategic’s team is always so friendly, and I noticed how hard their Service Tech was working today, so I wanted to call in and share some appreciation. There’s always so much to take care of in our community; so many people leave trash around and don’t clean up after themselves. Our complex is a hot mess. Good workers are hard to find, and Strategic truly works hard. Thank you, Strategic, for everything you do to keep our community clean.
