Strategic’s Service Tech is the best. My balcony overlooks the bins, and I have watched them work rain or shine. Their team has such a great work ethic. When it rains, they are still working like it’s a sunny day.

Just had Strategic out for a pickup, and I have to give them five stars! Honestly, what made it was the team they sent. Their Service Techs showed up and were just the nicest guys. Super friendly, got right to work, and you could tell they were really careful with my stuff. It seems silly, but having a genuinely pleasant interaction with a service call like that is just so refreshing. Their team is a real credit to the company. I will absolutely call them again the next time I need something picked up. Great job, guys!
