You guys are amazing and helpful, and the biggest compliment of all came from a cranky homeowner who told me “they were very helpful.”

This is the best service offered! They are on property 3 days a week. They re-distribute our trash when the bins are full, clean the trash areas and power wash them quarterly. They do an incredible job keeping our property trash areas looking their best! Thank you to our weekly team that cleans for us, and thank you to the Strategic office staff for taking such good care of us!

On top of consistent service around my complex, Strategic was helpful and went out of their way to help my fiancé and me walk our large, old sofa from the third to the first floor. Genuine good people!
