Customer Reviews

Realtors and visitors often comment on the scent when standing in front of the trash chute doors on the floors, where one would ordinarily expect some unpleasant odor. Your team is great to work with; excellent communication.

Strategic comes to our property, Seaside Apartment Homes in Laguna Niguel, on a consistent basis and does a wonderful job. Very hard workers.

I just wanted to take a moment and recognize the hard work Strategic has been doing. I’m impressed with how well they clean my community’s trash enclosures. Not only do they get rid of the trash around the area, they also take care of debris around the trash enclosures, making them look clean and presentable. Thank you for your hard work!
