We had no garbage pick-up service for almost a week. The residents continue piling garbage in the bins with no intention of keeping it respectable. I think they think they can continue filling the bin until it spills out. We finally got service late last night. I just saw the Strategic Service Tech energetically cleaning each bin with a friendly hello and no complaints. Again, you have a gem of a team. I serve on the board here, so dealing with vendors can be quite challenging… not with Strategic. Please let your team know how much we appreciate them. This company has been helping us maintain our property since we took over from previous owners. The workers have been nothing but great, friendly, and even help elevate our standards.
