Customer Reviews

Strategic is always great at helping us, the maintenance team, keep Seaside at Laguna Heights looking sharp around the property for our residents!

Strategic always does a great job at San Carlo. They maintain the trash enclosures in great condition and always do the right thing, breaking down boxes and ensuring all space inside the enclosures is used. On top of that, their team is friendly and approachable!

Excellent service!! 10/10 would recommend!

The overfills at Turtle Rock Vista have tremendously decreased; whatever you are doing on the property is working much better, thank you!

Strategic is so professional and friendly. We just started the service at our community, and they have not disappointed. Thanks, Strategic, for your dedication to our property in Cypress.

I want to share with you that Strategic did a good job replacing the five door closers. They also explained the door closer, latch and spring key functionality to achieve a successful door self-closing. Strategic’s guidance will help us meet NFPA compliance. Thank you.
