The Strategic team is great!

I appreciate the Strategic team who just cleaned our trash area. My neighbors are so messy; they throw trash all over the place. Strategic did an excellent job, worked really hard to clean everything up, and went above and beyond to thoroughly take care of the area. The trash enclosure looks much better, and they provided exceptional service. I will definitely be letting my apartment manager know how well they cleaned the area and what a great job they did. Please tell them thank you!

I wanted to give a shout-out to the Strategic Service Techs we met this morning who picked up a large item, our king-size mattress, at our apartment complex. I want to recognize Strategic for the incredible work they do every day. Managing the enclosures isn’t easy — residents are careless and often leave behind extra messes, and when the bins are emptied there’s always a little left over. Strategic is the one who steps in, making sure everything is cleaned up quickly and thoroughly. It’s a tough, often thankless job, but their team handles it with consistency, dedication, and pride. Their hard work keeps our community clean and safe, and that deserves recognition. Thank you, Strategic, for always being on top of it. You truly make a difference!
